. With a strong focus on new business generation and strategic client engagement, you will identify and convert opportunities to maximise revenue. This is an individual contributor role--without line management responsibilities--suited to a driven sales professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for hospitality and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across events, corporate bookings, hospitality, and private functions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching through to negotiation and conversion.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional material.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform proactive sales strategies.
Deliver regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic insights to the senior management team.
Act as an ambassador for No Ordinary Hospitality venues, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and service at all times.
Person Specification:
Proven experience in a proactive sales or business development role within the hospitality, events, or venue hire sectors.
Demonstrable success in generating new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently without direct supervision.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial awareness with a client-focused mindset.
Ability to adapt sales approach across varied venues and client profiles.
Willingness to travel between sites and attend events as needed.
