Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including performance metrics and forecasts.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Utilise Salesforce to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using software tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing client relationships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
