Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of software solutions, particularly Salesforce.

Duties

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our services. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including progress towards targets and forecasts. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services and expand professional connections.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. Strong understanding of software solutions, with experience using Salesforce being highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
