We're looking for a highly organised and professional
Business Development Manager
to support and develop the growth of our e-commerce fulfilment services. This role is about
building trusted relationships

managing with precision
, and ensuring every client receives a top-tier service experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Act as the primary contact for existing and prospective clients.
Drives revenue growth for a company.
Conduct detailed discovery calls with existing and prospective clients to understand operational needs and translate them into clear fulfilment solutions.
Prepare accurate proposals and quotes.
Coordinate with RWB operations, first level support team and management to ensure smooth setup and service delivery.
Maintain existing client relationships to identify growth opportunities and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Handle administrative tasks and queries from MD and other stakeholders.
Interact with suppliers and provide support where necessary.
Experience and Competencies:
Minimum 3 years' experience in
client relationship management, account management, or commercial support
, ideally within fulfilment, logistics, or e-commerce services.
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
(fluent English)
- professionalism and clarity are essential.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and documentation.
Comfortable using CRM tools
Relationship-focused, commercially aware , and proactive in problem-solving.
Desirable Skills:
