Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals;
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships in the iGaming sector;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners;
Lead negotiations and close collaborations with potential partners and customers;
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to align business development efforts with the overall company strategy;
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt the company's business strategy;
Coordinate and guide a dedicated business development team;
Prepare relevant recurring and ad hoc reports and present them to the direct manager and company leadership.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within a content/product provider for casino operators;
Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry;
Proven ability to create and manage a sales pipeline and drive the negotiation process;
Proficient with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other relevant trackers;
Strong market research and data analysis skills;
* Excellent spoken and written English (B2-C1 level).
