We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Duties
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Utilise Salesforce software for managing client relationships, tracking sales activities, and reporting on progress.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in using Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
