The Role
We're looking for a motivated and confident
Business Development Manager
to join our B2B team. You'll be responsible for driving growth by demonstrating the value of our software to training providers of all sizes, nurturing leads, and closing new business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, is comfortable presenting to decision-makers, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Alongside new business you will also be managing existing accounts and receiving bonus related to this work.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging online product demos to training providers, tailored to their specific needs and challenges
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demo, proposal, and closing. After initial training, you will have SDR's doing the cold outreach for you, booking in demo's into your diary.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate sales records using our CRM and report on pipeline activity
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from prospects and help shape future features
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, edtech, or training
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in delivering demos to both small businesses and large organisations
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to hit targets
Ability to adapt your approach depending on the size and sector of the client
Organised and tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs and online meeting tools
What We Offer
35,000 base salary
Uncapped commission structure (OTE 45,000 - 50,000+)
