Overview

We are a national installer installer of CCTV and associated security solutions. We require an experienced Business Development Manager to cover the North of England to join our team. You will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of market trends and have a proven track record in CCTV sales and Business Development. The candidate must hold a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for expansion. Visit site and carry out a security review / survey, advising on vulnerabilities and camera locations. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Utilise CRM software, particularly Big Change and Pipedrive, to manage client interactions and sales processes effectively. Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and promote our services.

Skills

Proven experience in (B2B) business development or sales management. Strong understanding of the security industry, in particular CCTV systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong closing skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised with exceptional time management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Full UK Driving License.
