We are increasing our Sales team and looking for experienced and proactive individuals to join us!

Following our launch at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2018, we have been designing, building and installing outdoor kitchens all over the UK. We listened. What people wanted were outdoor kitchens that suited the British outdoors. Beautiful in design, yet simple in construction. As demand continues to rise, we're expanding our reach--and we need a sharp, proactive business development pro to help lead the charge.

Are you a natural connector who loves both closing deals and building long-term partnerships? We're looking for a

Business Development

to help us grow our outdoor kitchen business by handling incoming leads

and

actively reaching out to trade professionals and partners.

What You'll Do:



Field and qualify incoming leads from homeowners interested in our outdoor kitchen products Nurture prospects through the sales pipeline and hand off to our design consultants Conduct outreach (calls, emails, site visits) to grow our trade customer base--including builders, landscapers, architects, and developers Strengthen relationships with existing trade partners and identify new sales opportunities Develop and maintain a lead pipeline using our CRM and reporting tools Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and outreach strategy

Who You Are:



Confident, driven, and not afraid to pick up the phone or walk onto a job site

Skilled at both B2C and B2B communication, with a friendly yet professional style Experienced in business development, sales, or trade account management Comfortable with CRM tools, outreach strategies, and pipeline management Highly organized and motivated by results Passionate about outdoor living, home improvement, or construction industries (a big plus!)

Please note:

The first step in the recruitment process will be an online sales assessment that will take approximately 40 minutes to complete. Applicants must complete this assessment prior to being considered for an interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-55,000.00 per year
