Job Description

The Role:



As a Business Development Manager, you will:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with construction companies, contractors, and industry bodies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Promote our portfolio of training courses to new and existing clients.

Work closely with the training delivery team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, market presence, and learner numbers.

Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business growth strategies.

About You:



We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in business development, ideally within the training, education, or construction industry.

A confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Results-driven with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledgeable about the construction sector and its training/qualification requirements (preferred, but not essential).

A strong relationship builder with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
