About the role




We are looking for a motivated

Business Development (BD) Manager

to join our growing commercial team of four commercial specialists. Supported by a commercial framework and strategy to identify prospects, we believe in creating long lasting and sustainable relationships with small and large restaurant groups. As a BD Manager, you will be supporting the team and company in our growth plans. We provide innovative technology that enables personalised experiences and allows restaurants to transform their operations, creating a market leading brand experience for their customers. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be directly responsible for winning new business.

The day-to-day



Pipeline Management:

Take ownership of creating and managing opportunities throughout the sales cycle

Sales Process:

Using a specific sales framework (MEDDPICC) to quality your opportunities and move them to the appropriate sales stages when required

Prospect Identification

: Identify and nurture potential leads to develop a healthy sales pipeline

Consultative Selling

: Use a consultative approach to understand prospects' goals, and challenges before proposing tailored solutions

Business Case Development

: Craft compelling business cases that address prospects' needs and challenges while aligning with our solutions

Negotiation:

Conduct negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for Vita Mojo and prospects

Opportunity Closure

: Close opportunities effectively and efficiently, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved

Relationship Building

: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects to create trust and facilitate opportunities progression

Collaboration:

Partner closely with Sales and Specialist teams to advance opportunities and achieve collective goals.

Data Management

: Maintain accurate records by updating Salesforce, Salesloft, and other tools with essential data to track progress and inform decision-making

Time Management

: Ability to schedule your time between the different activities required to reach your quota, creating pipeline and improving your skills and competencies

Learning new skills

: Develop knowledge of our solution and keeping update to date with product and process update

About you



Minimum 2 year previous experience in a Sales role Prior B2B SaaS Start-up sales experience a plus Prior Hospitality experience is a huge plus Proficiency in using CRM software and other engagement tools in SaaS sales, such as Salesforce and Salesloft. Excellent written and oral communication, organisational, and analytical skills. Ability to interact with various stakeholders at different levels Prior experience with social selling tools and a creative, open-minded approach to prospecting and increasing your pipeline

Holiday Allowance



Team members receive 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays. This increases with each full year of service, up to 28 days.

Carer's Leave



We offer one week (five days) of paid leave annually to support team members caring for a loved one.

Parental Leave



Our enhanced parental leave policy supports all new parents after three months of employment. Primary caregivers receive 16 weeks of full pay, followed by 50% pay for an additional 16 weeks. Secondary caregivers receive four weeks of full pay, plus an additional two weeks after three years of service.
