About Source AZ:
We're a growing product and lifestyle company building exciting brands in the fragrance, wellness, and gifting sectors. Our flagship project, Nettie, is a bold new perfume brand inspired by women's sport and personal expression, and has already seen rapid growth across platforms like TikTok, Shopify, and Amazon.
We are now looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to help expand our presence across retail, wholesale, partnerships, and key accounts.
Your Role:
As our Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities that help grow the Source AZ portfolio. From fragrance distributors and sports retailers to media collaborations and brand partnerships, you'll help us get our products in the hands of the right people.
What You'll Be Doing:
Research and identify new B2B leads, wholesale opportunities, and strategic partnerships
Pitch our brands to buyers, retailers, gifting services, and stockists across the UK and internationally
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, tracking outreach and closing deals
Attend trade shows, expos, or industry events to represent our brand and build relationships
Develop proposals, pitch decks, and partnership ideas that bring value to both parties
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners
Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment and product readiness
Regularly report on lead generation, conversions, and revenue impact
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role (ideally in consumer products, fragrance, fashion, or sports)
Confident communicator with great presentation and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing, margins, and retail dynamics
Self-starter who thrives on meeting targets and growing something from the ground up
Bonus if you have a network in retail, fragrance, sports marketing, or the gifting industry
Experience using CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
