Job Title: Business Development Manager (New Business)
Location: London, Hybrid

The job
Drive business growth through the development of new sales opportunities in the pre-construction market in the UK and Ireland.
You will be part of a Sales team working with, Pre-Sales and System Technical specialists in an already successful team that continues to expand and grow
Key responsibilitiesResponsible for selling the RIB CostX Complete Solution, an enterprise end-to-end management solution from tender to final account in one integrated system into the Construction industry. Drive sales planning and structure, leading and orchestrating new opportunities. Articulate the value proposition clearly. Demonstrate the ROI in the interests of the client with a key focus on solving real and qualified business challengers by applying our solutions and technology Maintaining and expand customer base. Building & maintaining relationships with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities MUST have excellent presentation skills Ability to feed your own pipe line with lead generation through prospecting and cold calling. Ability to represent the company in a professional manner to customers and the construction business community at large including C-level engagements Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of a prospective customer's organization; Achieve the revenue and sales target set by the organization Driving profitable growth and reaching contractors, in the private and public sectors of the built environment. Responsible for defining strategic sales plans, building new key CXO relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, whilst maintaining extensive knowledge of the company's current services and solutions. A business development focused approach mainly through attracting new client sales and penetrating into new areas of opportunity within established clients. Secure, develop and conduct client presentations to pitch for new business.

Essential requirementsExperience of selling software to the construction industry, familiarity with terminology and requirements within the construction sector to be and credible within the industry. Relevant account management and relationship building skills, Highly self-motivated Confidence in leading and developing successful sales initiatives Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Able to work flexibly with regards to activities and hours in a role that will involve national travel

Desired skillsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs Experience in full sales cycle management including cold calling, through to contract closure. Mostly worked with, and sold to, CXO level Experience of enterprise-level sales in technology solutions strongly preferred.
