Business Development Manager

What You'll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Liaise with senior management
to determine student recruitment targets, identify priority markets, and shape sales strategies.
Discuss requirements with clients, institutions, and recruitment partners
, analysing feedback on programs, fees, and application processes.
Compile and analyse recruitment data
, prepare sales reports, and contribute to the design of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Develop and manage partner and student accounts
, ensuring quality service delivery and sustained relationships.
Recruit, train, and support junior staff or sub-agents
, equipping them with market knowledge and sales strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
, monitoring trends in international education to guide business development.
Produce reports and recommendations
for senior management on improving sales and marketing approaches.
Keep up to date with competitor offerings and sector changes
to ensure IM AMBASSADOR's competitive advantage.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking results-driven professionals with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for international education.
Essential Requirements:
Based in the UK (flexible hybrid working may be considered).
Bachelor's degree (minimum).
Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales, marketing, or business development role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and present findings confidently.
Ability to speak English, Urdu and Pashto
Previous experience in international student recruitment, higher education marketing, or immigration consultancy.
Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience working with UK universities and a proven background in the student recruitment sector.
Experience managing agent networks or partner portfolios.
