We have an opportunity for a motivated Business Development Manager to join the Buyer Relations team to work for M&I.

Additionally, you'll:
Reach and exceed buyer recruitment targets every month
Manage full recruitment process from prospecting to confirmed attendance of buyers
Nurture a long-lasting relationship with client and develop a thorough understanding of their business
Keeping up with industry trends to advise on strategies and tactical development
Attending the events to further develop relationships with your clients and assist with onsite event management
Business development experience in expos, trade shows, or sponsorship sales
About You
Results-driven performer with a proven track record of achieving within a sales role specifically in expos, trade shows, or sponsorship sales
Good people skills
Additional language skills are an advantage
Positive attitude and hunger to succeed in sales
Strength and confidence in selling as well as in person presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with good time-management
Experience using a CRM and Office 365
