We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a deep understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage customer interactions effectively.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies.
Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and promote services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
