We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and driven Sales, Marketing, and Business Development professional to join us as our Business Development Manager and lead on shaping, developing and implementing Sales strategies that will increase occupancy and strengthen the recognition of Inspire Neurocare.
This role will be primarily home-based but with regular visits to each four of the services and the Support Office in Luton. We welcome applications from candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance to any of our four homes.

Working in collaboration with the Customer Relations Lead you will be at the forefront of connecting families, communities and professional partners to showcase the quality of care we provide as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources. This role is all about building trust, nurturing relationships, and ensuring every enquiry receives a warm, professional and supportive experience.
Working alongside the management team, the Business Development Manager will ensure that occupancy and average weekly fee rates are met in line with budget expectations. You will play a vital part in supporting the referrals process, managing complex administration tasks and working closely with external providers and stakeholders, helping streamline the customer journey ensuring that all communications are managed with efficiency and care.

Your role in action:
Manage sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy of the care home as well as identifying key referral groups. .
Support and Host prospective customer visits by managing incoming enquiries, coordinating assessments and ensuring all visits are completed with follow up calls and all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Develop and maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the care home.
Maximise profit performance of sales to meet or exceed targets.
Carry out all associated administrative tasks including the recording of effective budgetary controls, detailed sales management reports and you will provide insights on referral trends, potential admissions and business development opportunities.
You will manage and maintain the customer and referral database and work closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure a coordinated approach.
Above all, you'll be an ambassador of our brand and always show courtesy and respect to residents and relatives.

Your skills and strengths:
You must have proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Health and Social Care sector, or a related role.
You must have demonstrable experience within a Sales or Customer service role with proven examples of handling complex situations face-to-face or in a business to customer capacity.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders and professionals from a wide range of sources including external healthcare providers.
Experienced in partnering with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project delivery, goals and outcomes.
You will be organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively whilst creating a welcoming and professional impression at every stage of the customer journey.
You should be a self-starter with the creativity to spot opportunities and the determination to turn them into results.
