OUTCO Ltd is looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our high-performing Sales team.
This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a role focused on new business growth and strategic client relationships across the UK. You'll help shape the future of facilities management services by bringing OUTCOs innovative offering to a wider client base.
What youll do:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive retention and upsell
Create and execute strategic sales plans to hit ambitious revenue targets
Deliver compelling proposals, lead sales presentations, and close contracts
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
What youll bring:
Strong B2B sales experience ideally in FM, property management, or related sectors
A proven track record of winning large contracts and exceeding targets
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Experience selling seasonal or budget-sensitive services (preferred)
Confidence with CRM systems (we use Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office
