The Role

To support growth across the UK, in particular our Manned Guarding division, we are seeking driven, experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering top-tier security solutions and growing business relationships.

Our typical Manned Guarding sites include:

Gatehouse Security, Logistics, Manufacturing, Distribution, Public Sector etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships Lead generation via prospecting Setting your own appointments Quote and tender submissions Security surveys and risk assessments Customer meetings

What We're Looking For:

A hands-on, can do attitude Full UK Driving Licence A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role Outgoing, confident, and professional personality Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Friday. Flexibility is required to meet the needs the needs of the business. 1-2 days per week in the office in Cheltenham.
