Business Development Manager - East Anglia Region

35k base, 50k+ uncapped OTE + Car allowance

Are you a motivated Field Sales professional with experience in or a passion for the automotive industry?

Do you thrive on winning new business and love the full sales cycle?

Working for an expanding family-run business with over 40 years of history, this is an exceptional opportunity with huge potential. In this newly created position, you'll take full ownership of your territory and proactively drive growth by generating leads, cold calling, attending meetings, present solutions, negotiate and close deals to exceed targets and develop your client base.

This isn't account management - we're looking for a true hunter who's motivated by uncapped earning potential and the thrill of bringing in new business.

What you'll need:

B2B sales or Business Development experience Automotive industry experience or a genuine interest A proactive mindset, resilience, persistence and ambition Excellent communication and relationship building skills Self-motivated, target-driven and ready to own your patch Full UK driving licence
