The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long?term partnerships.
Create and implement growth strategies to expand our client portfolio.
Collaborate with the team to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
Work with a clear mandate to bring new customers on board.

What We Offer
Flexible working pattern: 30 hours per week across 4 days.
Commission for each new client brought on board.
Term?to?perm contract with potential extension based on performance.

Requirements
Proven experience in business development (ideally recruitment or professional services).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self?motivated, independent and results?driven approach.
Strategic thinker with a hands?on mindset.
Full UK driving licence.
