Geminii Software is a growing software company specialising in software solutions for the automotive and transport sector. Our products,

Autocheck and Autocheck

, are used by parts retailers, fleets, workshops, and operators to manage inventory, inspections, compliance, and vehicle records.

We are looking for a

Business Development Manager

to join our team and help drive the next stage of our growth.

The Role



You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers who have already engaged with our marketing campaigns, whether by email, social media, or other channels. You'll also use our prospecting tools to identify new opportunities and build our pipeline.

Day-to-day, you will:



Follow up with prospects who have shown interest in our software. Contact potential customers via phone and email, no pressure tactics, just honest conversations and a great product. Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations with our product experts. Use prospecting tools to add new leads to the pipeline. Achieve commission through both booked demos and successful deals closed. Be based in our office in Bamber Bridge, Preston. Assist with the initial steps of new customer onboarding.

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably B2B). 1 year minimum. Confident, friendly communicator on the phone and in writing. Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven. An interest in the automotive, fleet, or transport industry would be an advantage. Full UK driver's licence, although this role is office-based, you may be occasionally required to visit customers.

Rewards



26,000 per year basic salary, rising at 6 months based on performance. Commission paid on demos booked and further commission on closed deals. Realistic OTE of 40,000 per year. Full training on our products and sales processes. Opportunity to grow with a fast-developing business.
