You'll re-ignite relationships with past clients, open new doors with prospects and deliver visually engaging, cost-accurate proposals that win.

As our Business Development Manager, you'll drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth by developing, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and prospects to ensure our initiatives succeed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Develop & implement marketing plans to attract new clients.
Re-engage past clients, updating records and rebuilding strong partnerships.
Use multi-channel comms (LinkedIn, email, phone, events, trade media) to start conversations and build rapport.
Provide bespoke, strategic guidance for client campaign planning.
Create visually engaging, accurately costed proposals with clear ROI.
Confidently sell in proposals, handle objections and track to conversion.
