We're looking for a driven and organised individual to take full ownership of the cleaning services section of the Itzhome app within a local branch area. This role is perfect for someone who's confident in managing people, building local relationships, and growing a service-based business. You'll be responsible for expanding our cleaning network, ensuring high service quality, and helping Itzhome become the go-to app for home cleaning services in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Local Cleaning Operations & Team Management
Oversee all aspects of the cleaning category in your assigned area - including service quality, client satisfaction, and day-to-day operations.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of local cleaners and contractors.
Monitor performance and ensure all cleaning professionals meet Itzhome's standards.
Build strong, positive relationships with your cleaning teams to ensure reliability and retention.
2. Sales & Business Development
Identify and convert local sales opportunities to grow the user base and increase cleaning bookings.
Network with local businesses, landlords, letting agents, and property managers to offer tailored cleaning solutions.
Develop and execute local sales strategies to hit monthly and quarterly growth targets.
3. Customer Success & Service Quality
Act as the first point of contact for customer feedback in your area, ensuring any service issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Work with HQ to improve offerings based on local demand and client expectations.
4. Brand Growth & Local Presence
Increase visibility of Itzhome's cleaning services in your region through local outreach, partnerships, and targeted promotions.
Represent the brand at community or business events to build awareness and generate leads.
5. Reporting & Strategy
Monitor KPIs and booking trends to understand what's working - and what's not.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management to inform company-wide decisions.
What We're Looking For:
Experience managing teams
, ideally in cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or similar service-based sectors.
A
strong sales mindset
- you enjoy meeting people, closing deals, and growing something from the ground up.
Confidence using apps and tools to manage operations and communications.
Ability to work independently and take initiative - this role gives you a lot of autonomy.
Local knowledge of your area and a network of contacts is a big plus.
