As a BDM, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of our clients' sales and growth strategy as they expand across London and the South of England. You'll play a key role in shaping a high-performing sales division and have a direct impact on the future of the business.
A Day in the Life
Lead and execute our business development and sales strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Identify new opportunities in London and the South
Attend meetings, events, and networking functions to raise the company profile

Key Requirements
Commercial roofing knowledge & expertise
Previous experience in roofing sales & business development
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and win business
Confident using CRM systems like HubSpot
