Job Summary:





The Business Development Manager position is responsible for generating leads, representing Dalla Corte at exhibitions, managing a sales pipeline and contributing to the growth of Dalla Corte in the UK Market.



Key Responsibilities:





Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and online search Showcase Dalla Corte coffee machines at exhibitions, trade shows and other industry events Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads Contribute to the growth of Dalla Corte's business in the UK market, including market research, competitor analysis and identifying potential partnerships Stay up to date with industry, trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the coffee industry Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends and customer feedback



Requirements:





Passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn about machinery and technicalities Proven experience in business development, sales or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information High enthusiasm and eagerness for a new challenge Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills Willingness to travel to coffee shows and exhibitions in the UK and around the world Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
