We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing the BDE team.
Managing the Telesales (BDE) Team
Recruiting telesales staff
Managing the telesales team
Monitoring the performance of the Telesales team
Setting weekly and monthly sales targets
Compiling and presenting reports
Leading by example, where necessary and calling and securing prospects
Excellent communication skills , both written & verbal
Strong administrational skills with particular attention to detail
Personable and with a good sense of humour
Enjoys working under pressure within a busy environment
Competitive salary

Management experience - 3 years plus
Worked in a sales environment
Confident and motivational
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Proficient in strategic planning and project management methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
