About Us



Print Clever is a fast-scaling, tech-led print and fulfilment company with UK-based manufacturing. We're launching a new vertical to deliver branded workwear and promotional merchandise to SMEs, tradespeople, hospitality businesses, and community organisations across the UK -- all with no minimum order quantities, custom-branded online shops, and on-demand production.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new division with startup energy, backed by proven infrastructure and a solid product-market fit.

The Role



We're looking for a commercially-driven, results-focused BDM who thrives on building pipelines, winning new accounts, and driving revenue. You'll be the face of this new business line -- selling a full-service solution that combines branded merchandise, a client-branded online store, and UK-based print-on-demand fulfilment.

Responsibilities



Identify and win new business across trade, SME, hospitality, and services sectors Prospect through cold outreach, inbound conversion, LinkedIn, events, and referrals Deliver high-impact demos showcasing our online platform and ordering system Advise clients on product selections and pricing strategies Coordinate setup of custom white-label online shops for clients Maintain ongoing client relationships and encourage repeat orders Collaborate with marketing to drive leads and campaigns Use CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on performance Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a strong eye on margin

About You



2-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in merchandise, print, or fulfilment Confident with outbound sales and consultative selling Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Able to demo tech-enabled products with clarity and conviction Skilled at managing multiple small-to-mid-sized accounts Driven, organised, and commercially minded Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Base Salary:

26,000

Realistic on-target earnings:

55,000+ (uncapped)

Laptop and mobile phone provided Company pension scheme 20 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays

Pay: 27,000.00-55,000.00 per year
