Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Pipp&Co. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our market presence, while ensuring the logistical operations remain effective. Your contributions will help us continue delighting customers with our freshly made, memorable doughnuts.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Collaborate with marketing to create strategies that enhance brand visibility. Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for product expansion. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. To support the Operations Manager and HoD's (Production , Technical , Retail Manager, Marketing) in the execution of their duties. To oversee deliveries, delivery routes and to find ways to increase their profitability (P&L). To guide, train and develop the team of market stall holders, motivating them to improve our presence in corporate and street markets while increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships effectively. Familiarity with software tools that support sales processes, including CRM, ERP. Experience using Microsoft Teams tools. Familiarity with Continuous Improvement and Project Management tools. Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable strategies. Passion for the food industry and a desire to promote handcrafted products.
