We are looking for experienced B2B SaaS sales professionals with experience selling to retail, higher education or facilities management industry. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial outreach to successful closure. Role Description


The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating revenue. They will make contact with new inbound leads as quickly as possible to understand customer needs, and then nurture them through to successful closure where our platform can meet those needs. The Business Development Manager will also build and continuously add to their own outbound pipeline, thus not relying solely on inbound lead generation. Furthermore, the Business Development Manager will assist existing customers with day-to-day support matters, ensuring an excellent customer journey and therefore heightened chances of subscription renewals.

Skills



Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English. Additional languages are not required but would be a bonus. Ability to probe for detailed customer needs. Ability to build an outbound pipeline. Self-motivated but also able to work within a team. Personable and well-presented over the phone and via email. Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Experience



Working in an office environment. Experience of using a CRM to systematically manage and report on a sales pipeline. Experience of B2B technology sales to a wide range of verticals. Experience of delivering web demonstrations.
