We are looking for an ambitious

Business Development Manager

If you're a natural at building relationships with senior leaders in HR, L&D, and supply chain, and you have a knack for turning a conversation into a long-term partnership, we want to hear from you.

Key Duties:

Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and other business leaders to understand their training needs. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to contract negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, tender responses, and marketing materials. Attend events and networking opportunities to promote our courses and build the company's profile. Make outbound sales calls and monitor incoming leads, with a view to converting them into business opportunities. Update our CRM system with all client interactions and maintain accurate records. Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Any reasonable requests from the management team.

Key Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant industry experience, including selling apprenticeships. Educated to Upper Secondary level or equivalent. Proven track record in business development, preferably in the education or professional services sector. Proficient with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite Solid understanding of apprenticeships and how businesses can leverage the Apprenticeship Levy is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and be. Results-driven,with a focus on exceeding targets, and possess a Proactive mindset for securing new business opportunities.
