We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our small team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business development strategies and have experience in utilising software tools -MAM, Access and SAGE.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth
Track sales metrics to monitor progress towards targets and adjust strategies as necessary
Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management
Skills
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong proficiency in MAM & Access similar CRM software to manage client relationships effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for continuous improvement
