The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role to drive growth across both healthcare and commercial interiors markets. Key responsibilities include:
Building and nurturing relationships with NHS procurement leads, healthcare estates teams, architects, and decision-makers to deliver modular consulting rooms, pods, and integrated healthcare solutions.
Developing partnerships with first and second-tier contractors within the office refit and commercial fit-out market, positioning the business as the go-to modular solutions provider.
Generating, developing, and converting a pipeline of projects (50k-300k+) across both divisions.
Collaborating closely with internal design and technical teams to create bespoke modular solutions tailored to client needs.
Increasing market awareness and credibility within both healthcare and commercial interiors sectors.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Proven track record in business development within healthcare construction, NHS modular solutions, or commercial office fitouts.
Strong network within either:
o NHS healthcare estates, infection control, or procurement teams, or
o First and second-tier contractors, architects, and designers in the office refit market.
Experience selling high-value construction, modular, or fit-out solutions with a consultative, solutions-led approach.
Commercial acumen with the ability to achieve growth targets and manage complex sales cycles.
Confidence working autonomously in a hybrid role, self-motivated to build and convert your own pipeline.
Desirable:
Familiarity with construction lead platforms (e.g. Glenigan, Barbour ABI).
Experience working across dual sectors with a flexible and adaptive approach.
