Set in the heart of the buzzing York city centre is our beautiful 4-star DoubleTree by Hilton and we are looking for an equally special individual to lead the sales strategy.

Passionate about positioning DT York as a leading venue in York centre we need an experienced individual to join us on this journey and lead the sales initiatives and activity.

Summary of Role:

Responsible for all sales and marketing activities Responsible for driving UK and international inbound sales revenue for the Hotel from all segments with a key focus on Groups, MICE, Leisure, Travel Agents, and Retail. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and brand Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of feeder markets and design adequate strategies to drive new business in both new and emerging markets Hold personal powerful relationships with both Customers directly and via various DMCs and Associations for maximum destination exposure Deliver revenue against individual sales target and budget

Proven experience in sales leadership with excellent problem-solving capabilities

Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 36,000.00 per year

Experience:

Proactive sales: 2 years (preferred)
