Entrusted by discerning private clients and the most prestigious design professionals in the luxury interiors industry to manufacture exceptional decorative finishes and truly bespoke fine furniture for the most exclusive projects around the world.

MBMC Studios is no ordinary practice - our company is the market leader in servicing the interior decoration requirements of UHNW individuals. We operate at a level that surpasses the industry standard, and we are looking for exceptional Business Development professionals to join the company to meet the demands of our ambitious growth plans.

We expect candidates to be analytical, strategic and highly tenacious, with the aptitude to expand our company's commercial activities, generating revenue streams for sustainable financial growth across the multiple disciplines undertaken by our business, within our existing client base and by forging new opportunities.

Candidates must be able to uncover and negotiate multi-million-pound contracts in the construction industry. You must be culturally agile in order to engage with a range of end-clients and intermediaries including Interior Designers, Architects and Project Managers from around the world, as well as various decision-makers within the Construction Sector, achieving revenue targets and other Key Performance Indicators that propel our business forward along our growth trajectory.

As a conscientious professional, you will be an advocate for our fledgling Brand, upholding and embracing the quality and standards of excellence attributed to our success in every facet of your working day, leading by example when engaging our client base, third parties and colleagues.

We are looking for candidates who understand and are expert in the consultative sales process and who can formulate superior methodologies for securing buy-in and loyalty from clients as to the full scope of our operations and expertise.

You should be capable of thinking laterally and creatively and be able to identify and articulate those market dynamics which will drive opportunities that capitalise upon our uniquely cohesive offering, facilitating our clients' aspirations to deliver on their project ambitions.

You will have outstanding communication skills and be at ease in engaging our client base, both in a formal and informal capacity, as well as being highly proactive in sharing garnered insights with the business at all levels. Your success will also depend upon the strength of your internal relationships, especially in supporting the demands of the Production process, with a command of the fundamentals in facilitating our sales cycle.

This is a field sales role, and you will be required to work from our London and Somerset offices at times, with an expectation to travel within London and the UK. Some of our projects may require international travel.

Requisite



3 - 5 years new business and consultative/solution sales experience

Degree educated

Full driving licence

Valid passport

Desirable



Experience in the luxury interiors or construction sector

An understanding of marketing strategy.
