We're expanding our team and looking for a second Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team. Your primary mission is simple: create opportunities that bring new patients into our clinics. You'll turn leads into corporate spinal health checks, workplace events, public talks and community partnerships; all designed to grow our reach. Working alongside our clinic teams, local businesses and our Head of Marketing, you'll help build a steady stream of high-quality new patients.There's no hard sell. Instead, you'll have real freedom to drive results your way. Most of your time will be spent out meeting people, forming connections and opening doors; offering a free spinal health service that genuinely improves lives.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, nurture and convert leads into corporate spinal screenings and workplace events.
Build partnerships with local businesses, organisations and community groups.
Arrange and deliver public talks on spinal health and wellbeing.
Coordinate and attend community events, screenings and promotional opportunities.
Work with the Head of Marketing to create and deliver social media content that drives new patients.
Collaborate closely with clinic teams to ensure strong follow-through and high event quality.
Represent Willow with confidence, professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
What we are looking for:
Highly motivated, proactive and results-driven.
B2B sales experience with a track record of building relationships.
Adaptable, resilient and comfortable working autonomously.
Enjoys being out in the community, meeting people and a natural "people person".
Confident presenting to groups, both in businesses and public settings.
Full UK driving license and reliable car.
Based in or near Bristol.
An interest in health, wellbeing or chiropractic is ideal.
Role Specifics:
37-hour working week.
Manage your own schedule to maximise opportunities across the week.
Flexible working; availability across 7 days depending on events.
Employed or self-employed engagement available.
Significant autonomy over your schedule and approach.
