Main Duties:
Business Development Responsibilities:
Carry out proactive outreach to businesses across key sectors (e.g. healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial)
Conduct introductory calls and emails to engage potential clients and explain our IAQ services
Research and build prospect lists using online tools and industry databases
Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the technical or sales team
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system and follow up as required
Keep up to date with industry trends and communicate client feedback internally
Meet agreed KPIs for outreach, lead generation and appointments booked
Sales Support Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation
Support the coordination and scheduling of client meetings and site visits
Maintain and update sales documentation and pipeline reports
Ensure all client communications and documentation are recorded and organised in the CRM system
Help manage inbound enquiries and ensure timely responses
Liaise with internal departments to support the delivery of client solutions
Contribute to the smooth handover of new business to operations
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support (preferred)
Excellent communication skills - confident speaking with professionals at all levels
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest or background in environmental, compliance or technical services is a bonus
Comfortable using CRM systems, prospecting tools and Microsoft Office suite
