We're on the lookout for an ambitious and energetic
Business Development & Sales Support Executive
to help us take Speedel to the next level. Sitting at the heart of our sales operation, this role is all about driving growth, building connections, and opening doors to new opportunities.
You'll be the first point of contact for many potential clients, guiding them through discovery conversations, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments. Alongside online sales meetings with small to medium businesses, you'll also play a part in occasional face-to-face customer visits - bringing Speedel's trusted service to life.
It's a role for someone who thrives on making an impact, enjoys speaking with businesses, and has the commercial drive to spot opportunities others might miss.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
Respond quickly and confidently to inbound enquiries.
Research, qualify, and nurture leads into genuine sales opportunities.
Keep the CRM sharp, up to date, and bursting with pipeline activity.
Business Development & Prospecting
Proactively identify and target new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through smart, consistent outreach.
Connect with prospects across phone, email, LinkedIn, and beyond.
Sales Meetings & Customer Engagement
Lead online sales meetings with small to medium businesses, positioning Speedel's solutions with impact.
Support the Key Account Manager with customer visits when needed.
Represent Speedel with confidence, ensuring every interaction drives value.
Appointment Setting
Secure high-quality meetings for the Key Account Manager with well-qualified prospects.
Ensure every appointment is fully prepped with the right insights and context.
Sales Support & Administration
Create polished proposals, engaging presentations, and client-ready materials.
Support account management with proactive follow-ups and excellent service.
Track and report on sales activity, celebrating wins and identifying areas for growth.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in business development, lead generation, or appointment setting is a bonus - but attitude and drive matter most.
Exceptional communication skills - confident, clear, and engaging.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Driven by results, motivated by targets, and inspired by success.
A self-starter with a proactive, can-do approach.

Pay review at 12-18 months with potential title progression to Sales Executive and introduction of uncapped commisson.
