As a Business Development / Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving new business growth. Reporting to the COO, your focus will be on winning new host schools, international school partners, and agents, while also uncovering opportunities to upsell digital products, travel programmes and school partnerships. You will play a key role in building GSA's global network by prospecting, pitching, and closing new opportunities, before working with Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Drive new sales of digital products, travel programmes, and memberships.
Generate new host school partnerships for GSA across global regions.
Prospect and qualify new leads, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
Conduct proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and online meetings to convert prospects into customers.
Pitch and present GSA solutions to senior leaders in schools, education organisations, and agents.
Identify upselling opportunities and hand over qualified leads to Account Managers for expansion.
Partner & Customer Onboarding
Convert customers to clients by managing the process of signing agreements and onboarding onto the GSA platform.
Support the establishment of Sister Schools and partnerships worldwide.
Work closely with Account Managers to ensure new clients transition smoothly into long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of all customer conversations and opportunities in HubSpot.
Relationship & Event Engagement
Build and maintain strong working relationships with schools, agents, and international partners.
Represent GSA at events, conferences, and webinars to promote products and generate new business opportunities.
Support marketing and outreach campaigns by contributing to events, content, and social proof gathering.
Salary & Benefits
As Business Development / Sales Executive, you will receive a base salary of up to 28,000 per annum (depending on experience) with total earning potential up to 40,000 (including performance-related incentives), plus a range of additional benefits:
