About Us

We are an exciting new wellness brand focused on manifestation, mindfulness, grounding, sobriety and personal growth. Our offerings will include:

o A subscription box service (

o Wellness retreats and workshops (The Reset Retreat)

o Digital tools and content for mental clarity and well-being

We're looking for someone highly organised, self-motivated, and passionate about wellness to support the founder through launch and early-stage operations. This is a hands-on, varied role in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

o Support the founder in setting up the business and launching products and services

o Source suppliers and oversee product and packaging development

o Manage Shopify website setup, stock control, and order fulfilment workflows

o Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and third-party vendors

o Help plan, organise, and execute wellness retreats (UK-based)

o Source retreat venues, schedule facilitators, manage attendee logistics

o Assist with content scheduling, social media, and campaign planning

o Maintain task lists, manage inboxes, and handle light bookkeeping

o Conduct research into wellness trends, pricing, competitors, and user needs

Requirements

o Previous experience supporting a startup or running operations in a small business

o Strong organisational and communication skills

o Confident managing multiple tasks and prioritising deadlines

o Familiar with tools like Shopify, Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.

o Interest or background in the wellness, sobriety, or personal development space

Desirable (But Not Essential)

o Experience organising wellness retreats, events, or workshops

o Knowledge of retreat logistics: venue booking, itinerary planning, and customer care

o Familiarity with subscription box services and fulfilment processes

o Understanding of wellness product trends (journals, crystals, incense, etc.)
