Role Purpose



As a Business Logistics Executive, you will:

Manage end-to-end logistics processes, supporting our Sales teams. Ensure attention to detail and commitment to quality in all tasks. Contribute to providing world-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities



Client Support:

Assist commercial teams with client promotional duties and correspondence.

Order Management:

Review client orders, create invoices, and handle client queries promptly.

Documentation:

Ensure all contractual paperwork is completed and stored according to company procedures.

Communication:

Monitor and action internal and external communication channels in a timely manner.

Operational Support:

Provide operational support for Ello products as required.

Stock Management

: Assist colleagues with stock management within the department.

Shipping Coordination:

Book and track items with various postal and courier services, providing feedback to stakeholders and customers.

Fulfilment Requirements:

Complete fulfilment requirements for each Ello brand and sales channel.

Outbound Contact:

Engage with members and clients as needed to facilitate smooth sales and operational flow.

Process Improvement:

Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Compliance

: Ensure adherence to ISO 27001:2022, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, and ISO 22301:2019 standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work as an agile team member, adapting to the changing needs of the business and collaborating across departments.

Stakeholder Management



Promotion Testing:

Participate in testing new promotions and additions to web platforms, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Procedure Adherence:

Follow established procedures for all sales, logistics, and fulfilment requests, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators.

Communication

: Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders across the business, providing updates and feedback as necessary.

Issue Identification

: Identify and address potential issues or barriers to service for external customers.

Personal Development



Team Collaboration:

Work cooperatively and collaboratively within the team, adapting to changing requirements.

Performance Reviews:

Attend monthly 1-1 meetings with your line manager to agree on objectives, development needs, and performance reflections.

Skill Development:

Continue to develop your skills and adapt to the evolving needs of the department.

Goal Achievement:

Strive to achieve and exceed personal and team targets set by the Head of Department.

Positive Attitude:

Maintain a professional and approachable attitude, contributing to a positive working environment.

Health, Safety & Risk Management



Housekeeping:

Ensure a good standard of general housekeeping within the team's environment, adhering to health and safety rules and regulations.

Reporting:

Report and address health and safety concerns in a timely manner.

Machinery Handling:

Safely handle any machinery used in the logistics process.
