We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support operational and compliance functions across the business. This role involves managing commercial and legal documentation, supporting board activities, refining processes, and ensuring efficient reporting and information flow.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and track lease agreements and related internal documentation Report business rates related matters to third parties Ensure the organisation's legal, commercial and corporate documents are filed appropriately Assist the Board of Directors through compiling board packs and minutes Manage the onboarding process of new team members Liaise professionally with external stakeholders such as the local council, VOA, rates advisors, and legal teams Assist with the daily operation of our facilities, this will include some ad hoc reception cover and other similar duties as required

Essential Skills & Experience



Strong working knowledge of tools such as Adobe, DocuSign, Excel, and/or Google Sheets Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a drive to refine processes Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Efficient time management and prioritisation skills

Desirable Skills & Experience



Understanding of commercial leases and service charges


Location:


The role will be based primarily at Science Creates - Old Market, but will also include work from our other office at Science Creates - St Philips. There will be some flexibility for remote working.



Working Hours:


Full time working hours are 40 per week. We are also open to part time applicants- minimum of 24 hours per week.
