highly skilled and experienced Business Sales Executive

to help us expand and strengthen our presence across the

Asian market

, with a particular focus on

customers in Hong Kong

.

This is

not an entry-level position

-- we're looking for a professional who understands the dynamics of international fashion sales, can build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, and is confident operating in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth across

Hong Kong and wider Asian markets

. Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, and fashion retailers in the region. Proactively identify new sales opportunities and partnerships aligned with the company's brand direction. Liaise directly with clients to ensure exceptional service standards and long-term business retention. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support company strategy and decision-making. Work closely with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction. Represent Pumpkin 37 Ltd at regional trade shows, fashion events, and client meetings as required.

Requirements:

Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)

and English -- both written and spoken.

Proven track record in business sales

, preferably within the

fashion or apparel sector

. Strong understanding of

Asian fashion markets

, particularly

Hong Kong

. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Commercially astute, with the ability to identify and close high-value deals. Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven professional. Ability to travel internationally if required.
