As a key member of our team, you'll enjoy interacting with people both internally and externally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You'll also need to be confident with Microsoft 365 software, possess good numeracy and literacy skills, and have experience working with CRM platforms.

Some of your key responsibilities would include:
Processing Sales and Purchase Orders:
Ensure smooth and accurate order processing.
Customer and Supplier Queries:
Handle and resolve queries received via email and telephone.
Documentation:
Produce necessary paperwork, including pick lists, certification, and export documents.
General Support:
Assist with other business support tasks as needed.

What's on offer?
Competitive Salary:
Up to 27,500 per year, depending on experience.
Work-Life Balance:
37.5 hours per week, 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm finish on Fridays (please note, this role is office-based)
