Contract Type: 1 x Permanent, 1 x Temporary for one year






Salary: FC3 24,740.74 - 25,885.80 pro rata






Working Pattern: 18 Hours per week, 1 x Permanent (Thursday, Friday and alternate Wednesdays 8.48am - 5pm)1 x Temporary for up to 1 year (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am - 5pm)






Location: Carberry House, Leven with the expectation to travel across East Fife

Job Details






Based at Carberry House, Leven and County Buildings, Cupar. Primarily focused on providing support to the Children and Families Leven Social Work Teams.

Duties include minute taking, updating and maintaining computer systems, undertaking generic tasks from email inboxes/system task trays, preparing and distributing documentation, scanning and handling customer enquiries via phone, email and reception.

The Person






Educated to National 4 with core skills modules, SVQ1, 3 Standard or "O" Grades or equivalent.

You should ideally have experience of minute taking, experience of using current Microsoft computer-based applications to carry out a range of duties. Good communication skills are necessary including an awareness of customer care with telephone, e-mail, and face to face enquiries.


Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
