• The role includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
• Making and receiving phone calls
• Making appointments for the Assessment Officers/Blue Badge Clinics/Equipment Only Assessors
• Working closely with the Technical team and majors panel, inputting data onto several systems
• Other administrative tasks as required
• Meet & greet visitors to the building/Service
• Dealing with queries both written and verbal from a wide range of internal/external customers
