The Opportunity





As our Business Teacher you will be part of a friendly team and play a key role in inspiring and preparing the next generation of business professionals Your lessons will be dynamic and engaging bringing the T Level curriculum to life by focusing on vital topics such as Law risk management and compliance. By embedding industry standards and real-world practices into your teaching you will not only build our student's knowledge but also equip them with essential employability skills to thrive in the workplace.

You will also have the opportunity to design and adapt creative teaching resources that cater to the diverse needs of your students ensuring every learner can engage with and succeed in their studies. Staying up to date with the latest developments in T Level frameworks particularly in Legal will also enable you to deliver a cutting-edge curriculum that reflects the evolving demands of the industry.

Assessing and supporting our students' progress will be a core part of your role helping each learner to reach their full potential. You will guide them towards success in exams and workplace assessments while preparing them for exciting progression opportunities.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with your colleagues and industry professionals to create a rich learning environment that bridges education and real-world practice. Additionally, you will have plenty of opportunities to engage in professional development enhancing your subject expertise and refining your teaching techniques to deliver the best possible experience for our students.

About You



You will be a dynamic and passionate educator, eager to inspire the next generation of business professionals. With a strong understanding of law, risk management, and compliance, you will bring real-world business concepts to life within the T Level curriculum. Your ability to embed industry practices into your teaching will ensure that our students gain both the knowledge and employability skills needed to succeed in the workplace.





A background in business, law, or a related field will enable you to deliver engaging lessons that bridge the gap between education and industry. Whether you are already a qualified teacher or willing to work towards a teaching qualification, your experience in further education, training, or industry-led teaching will be invaluable in supporting our students' success.





You will take a student-centred approach, creating innovative learning materials that cater to a diverse range of learners. Your guidance will help students excel in their exams and workplace assessments, preparing them for higher education and employment opportunities.

Required

Level 3 qualification in the relevant subject area Teaching qualification (must be willing to work towards PGCE if Level 5 not already held) GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) Relevant industry experience
