We have a fantastic opportunity for a Buyer to join the CODE Team at our Head Office in Leicester, where you will be responsible for purchasing across our entire portfolio, including student accommodation, private rental, and commercial property development.

We are an established, stable company with financial security enabling job security and development for the right candidate. We are moving into an exciting growth period, with planned development in progress and further sites pending planning permission. This position would perfectly suit someone who wants stability in their work, the opportunity to grow and develop, and share their purchasing expertise whilst learning from some of the best in the business! The role will be working closely with the Director, as well as other departments across the business.

You will need to:

Be able to work full-time from our site office based in LE3 0GH. Demonstrate strong purchasing and negotiation skills. Have superb attention to detail, negotiation and project management skills. Experience in the building/construction industry. Be a team player, able to communicate well internally and externally to all levels.
You will receive support and coaching on our business model, but we would be seeking the department to have its systems and processes reviewed upon your start to ensure we remain as cost-effective and productive as possible.
