Café All Rounder
Job Description
The Gilbertine Kitchen is a woman founded business established in 2019 at Priory Court business park in Poulton. Since then we have opened a Mexican restaurant 'Burrito Mama' and 'The Gilbertine Deli' both located on Black Jack street in Cirencester.
In July 2024 after months of searching for the right location we opened our lovely cafe on Long Street in Tetbury; our ethos being that we are passionate about simple food and ingredients produced to a high standard - customer experience and consistency is at the heart of our offering.
We operate a breakfast and lunch service and cater to all dietary requirements. Currently we have an opening for an All Rounder to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, self motivated and adaptable. Full training will be provided.

Role Responsibility:
Assisting the chef with food preparation and serving.
Running food, drinks and clearing tables.
Assisting the Front of house team with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed both in the kitchen and restaurant area.
Qualifications:
A passion for food and coffee, with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills. Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills Ability to travel to Tetbury Weekend Availability Be well presented High standards throughout
Desirable
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and Health & Safety Cafe Assistant (1 Year Prefered) Barista experience Passionate about food and coffee
