Demonstrated ability to bolster profitability through adept stock and labour management while driving sales growth. Driving the operations of the store and business opportunities focusing on KPIs Commercially savvy, actively engaging with the local community to elevate Crepeaffaire's reputation Possess an approachable demeanor, infuse fun into the workplace, and inspire team members to excel. Passion for fostering the growth and development of your team to ensure consistent delivery of excellence aligned with company standards.
